With build r36604 the delay in mouse response has increased to more than 3
seconds.

my MBP 17" OSX 10.5.5 with a wireless super mouse.  Use the the scroll ball and
the page will not scroll for up to 5 seconds after the action.  The dock will
get stuck up even though the mouse is long gone.  

This has been a problem for a few weeks.
