Though you did not answer my question, I'm guessing that you're referring to
Safari's tabs rather than tabs that are part of the website content.  Safari's
tabs are part of the Safari application and are not part of WebKit.  Bugs in
Safari should be filed at <http://bugreport.apple.com>.  Per our policy for
handling bugs outside of WebKit, this report will be closed as INVALID.
