A link (anchor tag) in a frame which aligns with a horizontal frame border on
the page is not recognized. For example, on this sample:
http://www.shields-online.net/webkit_frames.html
if a link in the left-most frame is aligned with the border between the top and
bottom frames on the right, that link will not show as active (the cursor will
not change, nor will clicking on it do anything). The alignment has to be
fairly precise for this not to work (I've created fat frame borders to
demonstrate the problem).
