The probable cause of this problem is that you have an extra copy of
libxml2.dll somewhere on your system.  I would check inside your Windows
directory and inside the System32 directory that it contains.  Alternatively,
you can search your disk for a file of this name.  There should be a copy of it
inside Safari's directory.  If you find copies other than this outside of the
Program Files directory, I would recommend moving them aside and trying the
nightly build again.
