I'm running on Vista 64 Ultimate edition and when I try to run
run-nightly-webkit.cmd I get

The procedure entry point xmlStopParser could not be located in the dynamic
link library libxml2.dll. 

The title on the window is Safari.exe - Entry Point Not Found
