If you believe this bug to be caused by some change in Apple's software, I
suggest you report it at http://radar.apple.com/  However, what information you
have provided sofar is insufficient to actually diagnose the problem.  I expect
it's a bug in your DSL modem, and unrelated to any software you're running.
