Actually, there *is* a CSS property for contenteditable:

    -webkit-user-modify: read-write;

So it makes sense to add a CSS property for spell checking. I would suggest
naming it "spell-check" (like "border-collapse", "user-modify" etc.). Example:

    -webkit-spell-check: none;
    -webkit-spell-check: check;
