The feature-branch of WebKit contains numerous fixes to SVG.  This may already
be fixed there:

Unfortunately, there is no "nightly" build of this branch, so it's difficult to
test if you're not comfortable compiling your own copy of WebKit to test.  You
might try the #webkit IRC channel on irc.freenode.net to see if any of the SVG
hackers can test this for you.
