Here is another test case which demonstrates the problem clearly.

This really sucks as there appears no way to include SVG images in an HTML page
and have them scale correctly with the HTML content. I could'nt find a work
around for it.

Tested with WebKit r25353 on Mac OS X 10.4.10 ; Firefox 2.0.0.6 (Mac) and Opera
9.22 (Mac). 
Both Firefox and Opera behave as expected.
