Hi Bill, I'm unable to reproduce, but we just recently (yesterday) changed our
handling of the shift/ctrl/alt keys so it seems highly plausible that something
is now wrong.

When you first noticed the bug did you have the To and Subject fields set? Did
you have any non-latin characters in any of the fields?
