the first time I noticed it was when I was replying to a message and when I hit
shift it would take me out of the body part.  Then I attempted to create a new
message and can use the shift key in the TO and the Subject field but when I
get to the body and I would hit shift it would take me back to the subject
field like I hit shift tab (which I didn't)..  Let me know if that helps..  I
also do not have the upgraded version of gmail..  I know they are in the
process of upgrading gmail..  I still have the old version.
