I've been having a problem with what I believe to be flash player in safari. 
When I launch a webpage that requires it, a big white question mark within the
quicktime logo shows up where a video should be playing.  So I installed webkit
from the web, which helped for a bit, but now when i open webkit, it launches
as safari instead.

completely confused.
