clean fix w/ changes + test case

I removed the comment and extra newline from the code as suggested.

Additionally, I added support for a test function to grab the current JS object
count, and constructed a test case which checks to see if the JS objects leak
after refreshing an iframe which contains Mitz's "ultra" reduction for this
bug.
