I do see this problem with shipping 10.4.8 Safari/WebKit and Flash 9.0 (r28),
but the current WebKit appears to have this problem fixed. You may want to try
a nightly build from <http://nightly.webkit.org> to verify that it works
correctly.

Also, please see <http://webkit.org/webdevelopers/>, which gives a technique
for detecting WebKit version, if you decide to apply some Safari-specific
workaround to mitigate the problem while waiting for a new release.
