Drosera should offer to turn on Safari Debug menu if it's off

I was at a party of googlers tonight.  In my informal poll, 4 of the 5 googlers
did not know of the debug menu in Safari.  These are smart people who work on
web stuff (not all of them, honestly).  Some things need to be made more
obvious.  If you're using Drosera, you want the debug menu.

Maybe this isn't the proper place, but it's one possibility.
