Is this when viewing any HTML page, or do you see issues when going between
HTML and PDF documents (for example)?  Do you have specific URLs that you
reproduce this with?

Specific instructions on how to reproduce would be great.  For example, this
works for me:

1. Launch Safari/WebKit.
2. Go to URL:  http://www.google.com/
3. Enter "asdf" in the search field, then hit "Enter".
4. Hit Command-Left-Arrow to go back.
