Given the comments here, it looks like bug is either in the Safari application
or in the NSURL layer. In neither case is it in WebKit code. So you probably
should report it to Apple rather than the WebKit open source project. The note
at the end of <http://webkit.opendarwin.org/quality/reporting.html> gives you
tips on doing that.

This bug should almost certainly be closed as INVALID unless we have some
evidence that WebKit is to blame, which seems unlikely.
