Yes, the headers look OK... It is slightly unusual that the Content-Type string
ends with a semicolon, but it's certainly legal, and didn't cause any problems
in my tests.

You say the the nightly build just downloaded the page as "main.cgi". Since
"main.cgi" is not mentioned anywhere in the tcpflow results, I suppose that
something important may have escaped from it. Also interesting is that the
quoted response is 200 OK, so it's hard to expect a 404 message in it. Maybe a
redirect was performed incorrectly?

Please attach more complete tcpflow output.
