Regardless, a few lines of comment in a source file does not constitute
"documentation", nor does it excuse buggy behaviour!

I was under the belief that pressing return in the address bar and reloading
via the refresh button are the same action, I am quite honestly shocked that
Apple would deem otherwise, as this is the first I have learnt of there being a
difference. I would expect 99% of "normal users" wouldn't realise there was a
difference either, only that their form data gets lost sometimes.
