You may file your own Radar bugs!  See Bug 9973 Comment #1.

Note that the "Report bug" feature inside Safari is not the best way to report
bugs.  The best way is through <http://bugreport.apple.com/>.  You may get a
random email from Apple's Developer Connection about the bugs you file, but it
still won't be anything like what Bugzilla facilitates.  (It will be slightly
more than the nothing you've gotten from the "Report bug" feature, though.)

I'm closing this as RESOLVED/INVALID for the same reasons as Bug 9973.
