The download window contains sortable column-like data, but is not sortable.
This request is to make it sortable.

Why: quickly find threads that are hung, or which have completed, or which
start with a certain letter.

Currently you can end up with a download window with many dozens of waiting
threads and, interspersed amongst them are live threads that need to be stalled
in order to allow the others to be given a chance to start (else they'll time
out and be erased).

NB: If this is a "Safari" issue, then can who ever decides it is please file it
as a Radar incident, because i find that If i file a Radar incident on Safari,
it just goes into a blackhole, unlike the wonderful feedback here. Which rocks!
