Confirmed broken on production Safari 2.0.4.  However, this has been fixed on
the WebKit nightly builds (http://nightly.webkit.org/), so I am marking this
bug RESOLVED/FIXED.

Using the Web Inspector, it appears that the onmouseover, onmouseout and
onclick events set on a <tr> element are not being honored in production Safari
2.0.4, which is what's causing the problem.  Changing Component to HTML DOM for
posterity.
