this is confirmed on 2nd machine...and the second with an install of OSX 10.4.6
about one week old.

tab behavior all sorts of messed up...first click to close the name of the tab
to the right takes over the space where the "x" was clicked to close the tab,
but the content remains...clicking the "x" again sometimes closes the tab then,
if click to the right on other tabs their content remains...odd stuff.
