Nope, Wrong about being wrong...uninstalled Saft, disable Default Folder,
restarted machine...BUG still there, build:

WebKit-SVN-r14082.dmg
Thu Apr 27 11:11:58 GMT 2006

and with

WebKit-SVN-r14092.dmg
Thu Apr 27 23:53:45 GMT 2006
