Did I wrote those FIXMEs? Sounds like me.

What about the closely related tvOS exception for ENABLE_CSS_CONIC_GRADIENTS in
PlatformEnableCocoa.h? (also ENABLE_MONOSPACE_FONT_EXCEPTION is likely a
similar mistake)
