I did a series of git mv commands but I don't think the message reflects what I
actually did, hopefully it's OK.

Also, not sure I'm approaching this the right way - there are quite a lot of
tests in Chromium that replace mac-specific tests that should really be in
platform/mac. So hopefully the procedure agreed on for this one can be used for
the others.
