Implemented BYTES_PER_ELEMENT on all ArrayBufferView subclasses. Required bug
fixes to JSC bindings' custom constructors. Updated
fast/canvas/webgl/array-unit-tests.html to verify. Ran all WebGL layout tests
in Safari and Chromium.
