Fixed a bug that crept into the later iterations of this patch (was doing a
resize of the row on SplitColumn, instead of inserting a new CellStruct at the
appropriate position).

Fixed a small layout bug that crept in.

More baselines for more platforms. 

Passing all layout tests as of July 23, 2010.
