I've tried to get the style right this time. 
There's probably a few substance issues (architecture choices) to review here -
is the style at a good enough level to start reviewing those? I'm sure things
are not yet perfect but I want to do what's necessary to get this in soon so we
can fill in the gap QtWebkit has with CSS animations.
