Second patch, binding Document.idl and finally exposing the API to access all
the bindings.

This is still very big (55K), but unfortunately this is a bit of a
all-or-nothing thing. I think I might be able to split the HTML*Element stuff
into a different (useless like the first one) patch if this seems too
overwhelming.
