Okay, here's the updated patch with the expected test results.

Since this attachment upload page says "Please also add your copyright (name
and year) to the relevant files for changes that are more than 10 lines of
code", I guess I can forgo the copyright statement as the patch is pretty
trivial.

Hopefully everything's in place now...
