[webkit-qt] Building with NDEBUG undefined

Hi Janne,

Thanks for the answer, but this isn't Symbian or Carbide related. I'm
building QtWebKit for Windows, Mac, and Linux and looking to enable the
extra checks wrapped by NDEBUG.
