Position Summary

Next Generation Mobile Platforms. The Smartphone and other mobile devices are emerging as versatile platforms for a new generation of consumer-oriented applications. Samsung's San Jose Advanced Technology Lab (ATL) is researching core software technologies that leverage the capabilities of future mobile devices. To help build the next generation mobile platform, ATL is seeking candidates with a keen interest in modern browser architectures and expertise in mobile software and hardware.  

Duties and Responsibilities
* Contribute to the design and development of new browser technology
* Actively participate in the WebKit project

Background and Experience Required
* Expertise in C, C++
* Excellent knowledge of the WebKit codebase. 
* Active contributor to WebKit 
* Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work with an international team to deliver rapid prototypes.
* BSCS/BSEE ... MS preferred

Skills & Attributes
Experience with two or more of the following:
* 2D graphics libraries
* OpenGL and /or WebGL
* OpenCL
* Browser security
* Multi-threaded browsers
* Multi-process browsers
*
