Webkit Software Engineer
Samsung is looking for talented and passionate software programmers to help define and develop innovative mobile solutions. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
TheWebkit Software Engineer will rapidly define and design next-generation Android browsers. 
 
Qualifications:
·         Smart, analytical, and creative problem solver
·         Great verbal and written communication skills
·         BSCS, BSEE, or equivalent 
·         5+  years in software development
o   Professional experience with C, Java, and JavaScript 
o   Familiarity with web display technologies (HTML/CSS, XML, SVG, Flash) 
o   Experience in Android development a plus
·         Deep knowledge of web browser internals
o   Layout (Webkit/Gecko/Trident), DOM Tree parser, Rendering Engine, etc.
o   Quantifiable success in dramatic performance improvement 
o   Experience benchmarking browsers
o   Familiarity with web transport protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, SSL)
o   Contributor to the Webkit project a plus
Other Desirable Traits:
·         Expertise in OpenGL-ES
·         Expertise with Linux Kernel and device driver APIs
·         Strong interest in mobile technology
·         MS or PHD in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent
