[webkit-help] wincairo 32bit no longer supported?

Hi Fujii,
Yes, I noticed that before there were still 32 bit files in the zip.
Trying to build them by myself resulted in some errors with vcpkg I
didn't understand in the first run, so I had to give up on this due to
lack of time.
It sounds promising that 32bit should still be possible, though I got
strange errors compiling JSC with something like invalid architecture,
but that could be misleading.
