[webkit-help] browsing source : online (via a web browser) : any URLs?

We're in the process of migrating to https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit (it's
currently a mirror of the subversion repository) although whether we use
GitHub's issue tracker and/or PR system for integrating patches is still an
open question.
