[webkit-help] Should I install gcc?

You only need apt-Cyg to get the php5 modules needed by lighthttpd. None of that should affect your ability to build.

We should already be including tar, gawk, and bzip2. If we are not, something is. Dry broken.

Wget is the only item that I believe is missing from our Cygwin bundle.
