[webkit-help] Error while running new-run-webkit-test on Windows 7(32 bit)

Hi All,
I am getting following error while runnning new-run-webkit-test from cygwin
1.7.0.
OS - Windows 7 23 bit
I disabled UAC completelly on my machine.
Could you please help me to resolve .
