[webkit-help] "FirstPartyForCookies" implementation

Referring to the class (not sure if technically speaking is a class):

FirstPartyForCookies

Looking up at the code through trac.webkit.org, I can found it recurring in:

src/WebURLRequest.cpp
src/WebDocument.cpp
loader/FrameLoader.cpp

How to understand which one is the main implementation? 
Any code reference (link) would be useful.
