[webkit-help] Cygwin issues

Hi

I followed all the instructions as provided to me on
http://www.webkit.org/building/tools.html for Windows.
But when i tried to run the update-webkit script to update my source tree I
got the following error

WebKit-r111351/Tools/Scripts
$ ./update-webkit
bash: ./update-webkit: /usr/bin/perl: bad interpreter: Permission denied

Can someone guide me where I am going wrong.

When I installed Cygwin I selected "Default" option and installed it..

Do i have to set the option to "Install" for options like
base,database,devel,docs,graphics,x11,intergreters,libs,mingw,net,Perl,Text
for GAWK,FLEX,PERL,GPERF,ZLIB
in cygwin installer.
