[webkit-help] start.html on Windows

I took "start.html" TRUNK and VERSION from the Mac WebKit folder and tried to
modify them to work with my Windows install of WebKit (so it automatically gets
updates).  However, when setting TRUNK to "win", the page prompts me to update
and download the .dmg (Mac installer).  Is there a way to use the start page for
WebKit on Windows and Linux so other OSes can get updates?
