As a rule of thumb, your questions should be relevant to wherever you
post them. On a WebKit mailing-list, you cannot expect people to know
how to set a proxy for SVN. Ask this question on an SVN mailing list
or a dedicated forum.

Also make sure you read [1] as you will get better answers if you do.
We don't know what you tried, what error(s) you got, we don't even
know if you RTFM.
