[webkit-help] set proxy for cygwin

hi to all
i have a error for updating my tree code so that i need to set proxy for
connecting to svn.webkit.org
i do all of steps in http://www.webkit.org/building/tools.html and now i
have cygwin . how should i set proxy for it ? where is svn command prompt
for setting proxy for it?
