You can check the current build state on
http://build.webkit.org/waterfall.  Right now, the WinCairo build is
completing successfully, but the jscore and layout tests are not
running properly. I'm currently debugging this issue.

A manual build using the VS2005 environment and build requirements runs locally.

I intend to upload VS2005 stuff soon, but haven't had a chance to make
complete the changes.  The VS2005 stuff was built with a combination
of Makefiles and scripts, which from your tone would probably be
unacceptable as well.
