I have the <video> and <audio> stuff disabled.  Philippe Normand did
some work a while back to get the WinCairo port building with
GStreamer for video support.  I don't know the current status of this
feature (mabye Philippe can comment).

I'm afraid I don't know anything about the Geolocation logic -- I
haven't looked at this at all.

As always, it's just a "Simple Matter of Coding"  :-)
