[webkit-help] How to install libsoup for ubuntu

Hi,

Ubuntu repository may not have the latest version of libsoup. Try
downloading the latest libsoup source from
http://ftp.acc.umu.se/pub/gnome/sources/libsoup/2.29/ and install.
