Just use loadRequest method with UrlRequest object intialized with 
file:// URL.

Showing actual alert messageboxes is delegated to application for 
customization purposes.  Just implement the 
IWebUIDelegate::runJavaScriptAlertPanelWithMessage() method and be sure 
set the UI delegate.
