[webkit-help] missing WebKitTools

You can cd to the checkout WebKit folder and do `svn update` to continue getting the source.

I attempted to get the source again, and after most of the source
seems to have download, the following is printed in the Cygwin shell:

svn: REPORT of '/repository/webkit/!svn/vcc/default': Could not read
response body: Connection reset by peer (http://svn.webkit.org)
