Yes, very slowly. Approximately, one review iteration per day. I estimate it will take several years to finish.

WinCairo port needs active reviewers.

By the way, I don't think WebKit2 GTK+ Windows port shares a lot of code with WebKit2 native Windows port.
I think you can start your porting tasks without waiting us to finish.
