Arch Linux uses the defaults, as you can see in the CMake invocation used for
building at:

  https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/tree/trunk/PKGBUILD?h=packages/webkit2gtk#n33

If you need (or want) to try enabling additional features, you can grab the
“PKGBUILD” from there and add the “-DENABLE_…” flags for the features you
might want to try. Of course, YMMV and all that :-)
